When will I be charged at the time of purchase or when the item ships?

Payments are processed at the time of purchase.

When will my order ship?

Depends.

For small artworks or prints, we usually ship them weekly or bi-weekly.

For big artworks, we need to work with you to ensure that your new piece will arrive safe and sound. Packaging usually takes 2-3 weeks of prep-work plus the usual shipping time.

In the case of screen printed works, we usually open with a pre-sale, and we start printing them once we reach a minimum number of sales.

Before you send us an email asking for your order, please allow 2-4 weeks. Sometimes we work as an intermediary, and the artist has to do the shipping and handling. If the carrier is showing that your order was delivered, but the package was stolen or has not arrived, we will do our best to file a claim but cannot be responsible.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. 

What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

 We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail to the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders via USPS First Class International. Each country has a restriction. If you want to know yours, you can contact us here.

Where is my package?

Please allow for regular shipping times. Be sure to check the tracking number provided in your confirmation email before contacting us.

My print was damaged during shipping, can I get a replacement?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number. We will try our best to replace the print as soon as possible.

What is your Return Policy?

All orders are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, you must immediately return it with the shipper (do not sign for it). Notify us within seven days of receipt, or your return will not be accepted. Upon arrival, check your order before you sign for it.
