RETURN POLICY

 

Returns are ONLY accepted on merchandise that HAS BEEN DAMAGED and MUST include CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY if received. Omission of this certificate from your return will result in your return not being accepted. Upon receipt, check your order BEFORE you sign for it. If you receive a damaged product you MUST immediately return it with the shipper (do not sign for it), and notify us within 7 days of receipt or your return will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return?

Please notify us of your damaged product, so that we may file a return.

Once your damaged item has been received by Contrabando, your refund will be processed in the form of a store credit within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this credit has taken place to the address provided during the transaction. For any additional questions/problems/or comments please contact us.
